Mr. Thuan Wu, 85, of Wake Forest, NC peacefully passed away on May 3, 2023 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of Nam Wai Ngo and Anh Ngoc Tran. Thuan was born on the 4th day of the 12th month of 1937 in Hainan, China. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 53 years, Minh Luu. The union was blessed with 4 children: Quan Keenan (Sean) of Endicott, NY; Jacqueline Ewell (Todd) of Rochester, NY; Jennifer Wu (David Killian) of Raleigh, NC; and Daniel Wu (Jesse Hereda) of Lancaster, PA; and 7 grandchildren.

A family memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Renaissance Funeral Home. The family is especially grateful to Dr. Mark L. Graham and the entire staff at Waverly Hematology Oncology who helped give Thuan an extra two years with his family.
