John C. Fulks "Bud" of Raleigh, NC passed May 6, 2022, at the age of 82. John was the eldest son of the late John and Betty Fulks of Miami, Florida. He was preceded in passing by his youngest brother, Mike Fulks and is survived by his other brother, Bob Fulks.

John was raised in Miami, Florida where he began his career working for The Florida State DOT. He left that path to go to work in the insurance inspection industry which lead to his family moving to Raleigh in 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra K Fulks; son, Jonathan and daughter-in-law, Jenny Fulks; daughter, Debbie and and son-in-law, Kenny Fowler; youngest son, Joseph and daughter-in-law, Beth Fulks; and grandchildren, Samantha and Regan Fowler.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday May 12, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. at Historic Oakwood Cemetery, 701 Oakwood Ave, Raleigh, NC. Condolences:RFHR.com
