We the Oasis Ministries Inc of West Mifflin Pa. Send our love to entire Lankford family at the sudden departure of our dear Brother Warren Lankford. Oasis Ministries beautification would have never been completed without the extraordinary diligence of this man that even when exhausted would not leave his only brother Bishop Ray Lankford with this daunting task. The buildings floors and facade has his impeccable touch with even paint colors that he mixed himself to give that special Warren touch!. Truly we will miss this brother not just his work ethic but his laughter and camaraderie he displayed with the men and staff of Oasis. Lady Linda and family we will keep you in our prayers. God Bless you! OASIS MINISTRIES OF WEST MIFFLIN PA.

So sad to see this of one filled with such life. I am sending prayers to the family. I met this giant at The River Church in NC. I remember my first job there was cleaning the sanctuary with him. Quite the servants heart. Armor bearer security whatever he loved to help. The voice, the laugh was one of a kind. RIH Lanford. TRY to be still if you can. You and Elder Chappel behave. Still cant believe you're gone Big Lank!! Some call you husband, some call you dad, some call you brother, some call you friend, some even call you "gentle giant". All I know is that whatever and whenever I called, you were there. Millions didn't make it, but you are one of the ones who did. Thanks for everything, Cameron & Chandra Harvey

We just wanted to offer out most deepest and heartfelt condolences to the Lankford family. We had the opportunity to fellowship with Warren and Linda on several occasions and he really was a nice person. We had good conversation -- especially about football and life in general. Linda and family, we pray God's love will surround you all in the days ahead. We pray for your strength and your peace that only He can provide. We are here if you need anything. May He continue to watch over you and keep you! With much love and many, many hugs. The Watsons - Morris, Kassandra, Kristian & Trey

I still can't believe that your gone. Me and my family loved you so much and will miss you. I remember as a little girl you took me to ocean city...just you and I riding with the windows down and talking. My boys looked forward to you attending their football/basketball games and cheering them on in the stands. There are so many memories we have of you. Love you and miss you dad.

My heart is so sad at your passing. Every memory I have of you is caring, faithful, thoughtful, protective and sincere. Thank you Sir for all you have done and all the times you were there for your brothers & sisters in Christ. I'm grateful to have known you and grateful for the times we shared, the laughs we had, the encouraging words we exchanged, the hard work we made it through and for being there every step of the way for me & Marc's wedding, the memories I've always cherished. Thanks for all the times you were there for our Children's Ministry at The River, all the times I changed the chairs, loaded in snacks from my car, cleaning up all the messes from the kids that are grown now. We had a lot of good times. I smile when I think of the gental giant you were and I cry knowing your gone and regret not staying more in touch. Rest well buddy, Rest well
