I am so sorry and sad to hear about Tracy. My heart breaks for Christopher and the whole family. I had the privilege to work with Tracy at ECU with the women's soccer team. She was and excellent trainer and even better person. Her spirit shined on us everyday with her ever present smile and positive attitude. The team always commented on how much she cared about everyone. We will always remember her. Rob Donnenwirth

Tracy and I were in Japanese class together at Albion, and we lived together in the International House my sophomore year. Tracy was always trying to find something to smile about, even if she was having a bad day. She was truly a joy to be around, and I know how much she'll be missed by her friends and family.

Tracy, I dont know where to start... Maybe with a huge THANK YOU for impacting me a much as you have and for always being there for me when I needed it the most! As most of you know, I was a track and field athlete who I battled with major injuries and health issues in college and somehow I always ended up in the training room... Who would ever think it would lead me to this beautiful, down to earth, REAL person that always knew the right things to say and when you really needed a person to talk to! From the countless injuries, to school work, relationship issues and real life issues...You always were there! (Even though you werent actually my athletic trainer ) I swear you had some super power and just knew when it was the right time to check in! Our last conversation I had with you was at Raleigh Relays my 5th year of college, where you were now the new NC State womens soccer athletic trainer. I didnt even think I would run into you that day since of your spring season, but you found me and surprised me! As you always knew when to check in... you found me sitting down behind the NC State throwing shed (which honestly was super secluded) stressing out about school, feeling unbelievably overwhelmed, contemplating my next life steps, applying for internships and jobs and the list goes on... You could tell when you came up to surprise me that I needed someone that day! Right away, you sat down on the ground next to me and asked Sooo... whats up, I know there's something!?. You knew and instantly gave me confidence and peace. You told me that we arent perfect and its ok to feel the way we feel at times! The goal is to take things on one step at a time and chip away at the things that we can control and let go of the things we cant. Life is created and will play out the way it should. I cant even imagine what it would have been like without you through that time and I can only cherish and reminisce on our conversations an
