I am just so heartbroken for all of you. I've always been grateful to Tom for taking such good care of my best friend, Betty Jean. He's been a loving husband and the best possible father to Joe and Nina. I know how much he'll be missed by his family and friends. God has taken him far too soon but try to take some comfort in the fact tha he's had the past several years to enjoy doing the things he loved. Betty, I wish I could be there with you but I want you to know that my family and I are grieving for your loss.

Betty, Charmelle and I were shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Tom. Many of us in the Corporate Law family are still reeling from this news. Tom was a wonderful colleague and friend. As Jim Tuite noted, he was such a devoted father and husband. Nina and Joe, he was so very proud of both of you. May the Lord be with you in your grief. I hope that over time the fond memories of Tom's life will provide you with comfort. You all are in our prayers. Bob and Charmelle Watkins

Betty, you have my deepest sympathy on the sudden loss of Tom. I am saddened to learn how short his retirement was. At our regular Lunch group at State Farm, he was always concerned about family and so very proud of Joe and Nina. Jim Tuite ( State Farm corporate Law retiree)
