My sister Ginny and I have many great memories with cousin Sue and her sisters when we were young and into our teen years. Our families got together often. We would play many kinds of games both inside and outdoors like Simon Says. Truth or Dare, Jacks, Freeze Tag, Double Dutch, HIde and Seek and many more. There were those pillow fights and tree climbing and sleep overs, going out after dark to catch fireflies. I remember us jumping off a shed roof! Then there was always listening to records, singing and dancing to the latest dances. I'm sure Sue would be laughing and smiling if she read this. I will always remember and cherish those good times with Sue and my cousins. Cousin Diane

Sue and I would play in the crib together and apparently our moms told us we would hit each other over the head with our baby bottles which were glass back then. All of us cousins and sisters would be asked by our parents to dance and sing for them. One time Pop Caldwell went and got us all hula skirts and leis and we tried to hula dance for them! I also remember a time when Sue and I had a crush on the same boy, one of the Selmer brothers from Selmers pet shop which I think is still there! I would also ride my bike from Rolling Wood to visit Sue on 25th St at Pops house in Huntington. So many memories and good times! I only regret we lived so far apart that we never got to stay close and in touch over the years! I will miss you dearly and cherish our memories till I see you again someday! Love you Susy! Memories.....where do I begin? Bingo, Days of Our Lives, goulash in the crock pot, trips to the mall, Lean Cuisine....and the list goes on forever. You were, and always will be, my forever Mother-in Law. I will miss you and love you always. Rest in Peace beautiful!
