Obituary For Shelby Jean Bichler

Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and friend Shelby Taylor Bichler, 74, of Raleigh died on Sunday afternoon February 16, 2014.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church on Feb 22, 2014 at 2:00pm. Visitation will be one hour prior at church.

A native of North Carolina, Shelby was the daughter of the late Mannie Ruth and Dallas Taylor and was the oldest daughter of 11 siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and precious sister Iris Taylor Price.

Shelby is survived by her husband, David Bichler; daughter, Tracey Sedlacek, son-in-law John Sedlacek and grandson David Sedlacek; her son Chris Bichler and daughter-in-law Stacey Blalock; as well as her 9 siblings Brady, Dallas, Faye, Pat, Esther, Peggy, Kathy, Donna, and Lydia.

Shelby graduated as an RN from High Point Memorial Hospital School of Nursing with Critical Care Focus for over 30 years. She retired from Rex Hospital after 43 years of dedicated service.
