I was wondering why Sandra didn't call me back, now i understand and im so sad and sorry for her beautiful family. We had a wonderful time reconnecting the last few years and she was always such a great friend from the 1970s till now. She will be greatly missed. Love you girlfriend.

I never met Sandra face-to-face, but we became fast friends dealing with the initial pain she experienced from an ergonomic perspective and then her illness and leave of absence. You couldn't help but fall in love with her gregarious personality, quick wit, and laughter. I found a friend who would call to check on me and my family concerns while she was battling for her life. Selfless, always concerned about others and her family. To Bill, Anthony and Mary, please know how much your wife/mother will be missed by so many. Her time on earth was too short but it had meaning more abundant than her number of days.

From the moment I met Sandy, I knew we would be friends. She said what she meant and meant what she said. Her smile and laugh was contagious. Sandy had a big and generous heart, as well as being the hostess with the mostess. While I feel an emptiness at the loss of a friend, my love and thoughts are with Bill, Anthony, Mary and Sandy's family. Grief is always overwhelming when you love someone so much. May my friend Rest In Peace and guide her loved ones always

Sandy was a good friend of mine for many years. She gave me a job lead to her firm and years later gave me and my husband to be a Wedding shower at her home on Long Island. We endured 911 together. I will miss her very much. Rest In Peace my friend. Roberta

When I first met Sandy, she had come in for an interview at KT. I knew that very day that this woman was someone special. Our friendship continued on from that day. Among her many gifts, Sandy had a huge heart, was a fantastic hostess and cook, she loved children and helping the less fortunate. So warm and friendly and loved her family fiercely. To Bill, Mary and Anthony my deepest condolences. Cling to each other as you walk through this time. Praying for God's strength to help you. Looking forward to seeing you in Heaven. Janis Pyburn

I will always remember Sandy as a very caring, strong, kind and generous person. I worked with her only briefly at MVA but I felt like I had known her for years! She was easy to be friends with: she was funny, supportive and encouraging, always eager to help. She always thought of those less fortunate, especially during the holidays, sending multiple donations to nursing homes or seniors without a family. She was never afraid to speak out if she felt something was unfair. She was fearless and strong. I will miss you Sandy, and will never forget our time at MVA. Rest in peace, my friend. My deepest condolences to Bill, Mary and Anthony.

Words cannot express my sadness in having lost my dear cousin and friend. Sandra was the sister I never had. Although we have been separated by miles, in our hearts we never were. Sandra was a generous, loving, and giving person. My heart breaks for all of her family. A void will certainly be left, but her suffering has ended. Until we meet again my beautiful cousin, I love you.

Sandy was a Woman of Substance and she will be missed. We spent many years together at MVA and she introduced me to the wonders and beauty of yellow peonies. Over the years we shared pictures of our plants and their blooms. Every spring when they are in full bloom, she will be remembered.
