Rosina was a pure delight and I treasure my years with her in the office at Pleasant Union. She was kind and caring, generous and thoughtful, funny and loving....all the things I loved about a dear friend. I am so saddened by her passing and wish all of her family to find peace in knowing what an impact she made on so many lives from kindergartners to adults!! I will keep you, Davidson family, in my thoughts and prayers. Much love, Wanda Cannady

My heart aches with you at the passing of dear Rosina (Princess Zina, as I called her). She was the epitome of what a true friend should be. She had a kind heart and a caring spirit, always willing to give of herself and her talents to all in need. I will miss her immensely. She loved Ian, her children and grand daughters beyond measure. They were indeed her everything. I always enjoyed seeing that sparkle in her eyes when she spoke of them (which she did often). I am so sorry for your loss and pray that you will find comfort in all of your wonderful memories together. Lavonda Mark

I am so sad to hear of Rosinas passing. Rosina was such a kind and compassionate person. Knowing she was at the PUE front desk gave us all comfort and confidence. She was so loving toward all of the children as well as all of the staff. I had the joy of working with Rosina for 15 years and got together with her after I left. She was a cherished friend. I send all of her family comfort and love. Barbara Hawley

Lit a candle in memory of Rosina Robertson Davidson

Rosina was a cherished friend and one of the first people I called when my husband and I decided to move back to North Carolina. We had the same hair texture and would commiserate about our misfortune and the latest and greatest products to help us achieve something akin to big hair, or as big as our hair would get. Rosina always greeted me with a laugh, a smile, and her warm, hospitable style. She loved flip-flops, being color coordinated and stylish, she had a special love for Chefs Tyler Florence and Mario Batali and who could forget her soft spot for Raleigh native Clay Aiken when he was a contestant on American Idol. I was at Pleasant Union for a brief period of time, but this much I know for sure, Rosina loved me and I loved her. She cast a ray of sunshine everywhere she went and my life and so many others were better because of it. I'm so sad that she is gone-I can't even imagine her family's pain and heartache. Sending so much love to Iain, Cara and Stuart and grandchildren and extended family. Rosina, I will miss you always. Rest in Peace, beloved friend.
