Rose Gentile Mueller, 97, passed away peacefully at her home in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 2, 2021.

Rose was a homemaker who lived with her husband, Joseph, in Maplewood, NJ for many years before moving with him to Vero Beach, Fla., and then Palm Coast, Fla. For the past 16 years, she lived with her son, Joseph and her grandson, Justin, in Raleigh, NC.

Mrs. Mueller was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 2015. She leaves her loving son, Joseph; grandson, Justin, both of Raleigh, NC; her daughter, Barbara and son-in-law, Stephen Lukowski, of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her sister-in-law, Sister Gerardine, a Caldwell Dominican Sister.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s Church, 767 Prospect Street, Maplewood, NJ on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Orange, NJ. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home at 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
