Obituary For Ronald Steven Riman

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ronald Riman, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Ronald (Ron) Riman, 72, of Apex, NC quietly passed away on October 7th, 2024, at Transitions Lifecare after a short battle with cancer. Ron peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Ron was a resident of Apex, NC, was the son of Renate Riman and the late Samuel Riman. Ron was born October 20th,1951 in Queens, NY. He was a graduate of Walt Whitman Highschool in Huntington, NY. Ron went on to be a lifelong auto mechanic.

Ron married the love of his life, Susan Joy Riman in November of 1985. Their union was a testament to unwavering devotion and mutual respect, serving as an inspiration to all who knew them. Ronald and Susan would have celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary this year.

He was a proud father and grandfather, whose children and grandchildren were the light of his life. His warm, easy going, heart and generous spirit touched the lives of many, and his family was his greatest joy. Ronald's love and dedication to his family were evident in every aspect of his life.

A gifted mechanic by trade, Ron had a profound passion for cars. He dedicated countless hours to perfecting his craft, and his expertise and enthusiasm for automobiles were unmatched. His love for cars extended beyond his work, as he loved attending races and car shows with friends and family.

Ron's interests were as diverse as they were fulfilling. He loved barbeques with the family and relaxing days by the pool. He enjoyed football games, beach days and fishing trips. Ronald loved nothing more than to spend time with family.

In celebrating Ron's life, we remember a man whose kindness, dedication, and zest for life left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of his loved ones and the many lives he touched.

Ron Riman’s presence will be dearly missed, but his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. As we say our final goodbyes, we take solace in the wonderful memories we shared and the love he so generously gave.

Rest in peace, Ron. Your memory will forever be a blessing to us all.

A Memorial Gathering of Family and Friends will be held between 6 and 8 p.m. on October 11th, 2024, at Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh, NC.
