Mr. Caraway is survived by his wife, Diane; son, Robert Scot (Amy), of Salisbury, NC; daughter, Jean (Jason) Bieber, of Wright City, MO; brother, Patrick (Jolan) Caraway, of Raleigh, NC; sister, Veronica Massella, of Bronx, NY; grandchildren, J.Ryan and Jaxson Bieber; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
