Obituary For Robert Gilbert Beller

Robert Gilbert Beller passed away peacefully in Raleigh, North Carolina on January 8, 2021. Robert is survived by his two children, Kate and Kevin, as well as his four younger siblings, Mary, Rick (Josette), Lenny (Kim) and Suzanne. He was preceded in death by both parents, Robert G. Beller and Julia Marie O’Hagan Beller O’Connell.

Bob was a CPA for over 30 years and employed by Quality Staffing Specialists in Cary, NC for 21 years. He had many hobbies that he enjoyed throughout his life, such as golfing, fishing, reading, cooking, and was also an avid Jeopardy! fan. In later years, he discovered a love of travel with Salzburg, Vienna, Prague, and the Irish countryside being his favorites.

He was always happiest at the beach or in his backyard with a drink in his hand and a steak on the grill. He will be forever loved and deeply missed by anyone who knew him.

Lenny Beller

Bob is my brother and my friend. Since he's about 4 years older I always looked at him with wonder growing up. He seemed so cool and wise about the world. Whether telling me about the Hendrix concert he went to the day before, or watching how far he could hit a 3 wood I was constantly amazed. As we grew into adulthood Bob proved to be a good roll model on how to laugh and enjoy life. Life will not be the same without you Bob. I will forever miss you. I love you.

Bob was my colleague for 21 years at Quality Staffing. I miss his friendly "good morning" at the start of every day. He was honest, competent, and a lot of fun at a party. I miss hearing his voice just down the hall from me. You are sorely missed, Bob. My deepest sympathies to Kate and Kevin.
