Ric, I didnt know you very well but, had worked with you many years. My greatest memory was going as a group to see wrestling. You were a big fan of wrestling. And when I got the Matt Hardy autograph, how thrilled you were when I gave you a photocopy. You were always very nice to me when we had chance to speak. I just saw you in the hall a few weeks ago and thought it had been awhile since I had seen you. I guess God needed more help in Heaven. Until we meet again Buddy, my deepest condolences to your family.

I can say I had the Honor to be one of Ricks coworkers and friends. We shared a common love of the North Carolina coastal areas and good movies. Rick was a good Protective Services Officer who I not only worked with but came to depend on and, placed my trust in. He will be missed both on the job and outside the hospital where we shared a good meal and some good times amongst friends.
