Richard Alexander Kamalich

Richard Alexander Kamalich, 86 of Raleigh, died Thursday morning, March 8,2018.

A native of Havre de Grace, Maryland, Richard was a long-time IBM employee, and served in the Air Force.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marion, a son, Richard, and a grandson, Jarrett. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ruth Ann.

In accordance with his wishes, no services are planned.

Al Nisbet

I worked for Rick and with Rick for many years at IBM. He had an outstanding record of completing software projects on time and as promised. He demanded much from his employees, but gave them much in return. H was an outstanding boss and friend. I will miss him deeply. My condolances to his Family. Al Nisbet

Bill Cromer

Rick was a tough minded and honest IBM manager. I had the pleasure of working for him and with him on many projects. He had a great talent for getting development projects completed on time.
