Regino Siller Jr., 73, of Knightdale, North Carolina passed away suddenly on July 30th, 2024. He was the son of the late Regino Siller Sr. and Alicia (Barrios Peña) of Miami, FL. He graduated from Miami Springs High School in 1969. He started out in the restaurant business from a young age and worked his way up to manager/owner. He transferred to North Carolina in 1994 while working for LSG Skychefs in search of a less hectic life. He subsequently met his wife Marrilyn McGuire and they married on September 18th, 1999. They have spent their twenty-five plus years together traveling, experiencing new things and enjoying life and family.

Reggie loved being around people and he particularly enjoyed his part-time jobs with PNC Arena and Walnut Creek providing security for many events. He especially enjoyed the Hurricane hockey games and made many friendships with fans in his area and his many coworkers. His sense of humor was legendary and his smile was unbeatable. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

Outside of work, Reggie loved to travel; whether it was RVing around the country, traveling to Europe or cruising; he enjoyed it all.

His biggest love was for his family and friends and he lived his life around them.

Reggie was preceded in death by his son, Regino (Gino) Siller III.

He will be forever loved and missed by his wife, Marrilyn. He will be lovingly remembered as “PopPop” by his granddaughters; Taylor and Hannah Siller and JP Kane all of Bristow, VA.

His life will be cherished by his daughter-in-law, Jamie Siller of Bristow, VA; his brother Sergio Siller, Sr. (Anne) of Huntsville, Al; sister Barbara Turner and brother Juan Siller (Marcela) of Raleigh, NC; beloved nephew, Sergio Siller, Jr. of Huntsville, AL and niece, Alicia Edwards (Brad) of Harvest, AL. and all the cousins in El Paso. He will be especially missed by his beloved beagle, Lucy.

A celebration of his life is to be held at 1:00 pm on October 5, 2024 at the Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh. North Carolina. There will be a service followed by time for family condolences.

To the Siller Family! Oh NO 😭 Reggie was one of my favorite 😍 people at the PNC! There are just too many stories I could tell about my Buddy. Here's a few! He would always hold my hand and make me smile and make sure I was okay! If I was down he would find time to talk to me. Sometimes my job could get crazy at the end of the night so Reggie would just flash that Smile and Wink! And I would instantly take a breath and calm down. At the death of my Son and Mommy He was there for me! He had the same birthday as my Daddy so after he passed He would celebrate his too!! He was one of a kind for sure! An Inspiration that will Never be forgotten and will Forever be Missed!! Love ❤️ You Always Reggie!! Pamme Smith!!

I've only known Reggie since February of this year when I started working at PNC but, I enjoyed knowing him for 6 months. Reggie was always smiling and always so friendly and outgoing. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. The 108 landing won't be the same without him.

I still can't believe this is true. Reggie you were the one person who always knew just what to say to make me smile. We shared stories of traveling and dogs and many events at various venues. You were a true friend and a kind and genuine soul. I will never forget you and will take peace in knowing that your spirit will always be on the landing.
