Mr. Paul Edward Feeney of Raleigh, North Carolina, died January 28, 2019. He was born in New York to Paul John Feeney and Ethel Cook Feeney. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Willis (John) of Raleigh, NC.

His family will be spreading his remains in New York in February 2019. No other services are planned.
