Nina Elaine Roselle was born in Greenwich, Connecticut on March 11, 1955, to Phillip N. Roselle and Maude H Roselle. She was very loved by her parents and all the Aunt's, Uncle's and family members. Nina was the youngest of five children born to Phillip and Maude, the baby of the family. Three Brothers, Richard, Lawrence and Lloyd and a Sister Merle who all loved and cherished their baby sister.

Growing up Nina was always careful with her words. So much so, many thought she wasn't paying attention, but she listened and offered her opinion when it was needed and sometimes when it wasn't. She was always sure of herself. It seemed like she knew where she was heading and many times it meant going it alone.

Her mother entered the Congregation of Jehovah's Witness in Port Chester, New York and Nina was right there with her as soon as she was able to carry her own Song Book and Bible, spending the weekends in Field Service with many loving Brothers and Sisters. She learned to trust Jehovah for all her needs. This meant as a young adult having to maintain a Spiritual outlook in school and among classmates, but she was strong and maintained her Faith in Jehovah.

Nina was extremely committed to anything she put her mind to. She always maintained high academic excellence all through High School and College. She worked in Connecticut, California and North Carolina. From Yale Center for British Art in Connecticut, Insurance Companies in California and transferring to North Carolina and finally receiving Certification as a Paralegal from the North Carolina State Bar.

Nina liked music, playing the flute and learning how to play the piano. She was an avid reader, having books by writers from all over the world. She loved art and antiques and most of all she loved her pets, having many dogs and cats. And lastly, she was a 'foodie" having many shelves of all kinds of cookbooks.

Nina is survived by two older brothers. The eldest Richard A. Roselle and wife Debra Roselle of Norwalk, Connecticut and another brother Lloyd M. Roselle and wife Ruthe Roselle of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Niece's and Nephew's from Richard's family are: Phillip Roselle, Melissa Roselle, Jennifer Roselle, Nicole Roselle. The Niece's and Nephew's from Lloyd M. Roselle and Antonia Roselle are, Seth Roselle and Adrienne Roselle. She is also survived by many Great Nieces and Nephews.

Nina and I went to high school together, and for many years worked together at PepsiCo. She was just 2 months older than me, so she got her drivers license first. It was sometime early 70's when a huge winter storm came. It took us 8 hours to get from Anderson Hill Road, to home. I drove to work that day. She ALWAYS drove. Giggle. I'm not sure she ever let me forget it. We laughed and cried the whole ride home as we slid into snow banks and had to push my blue VW. After high school we went our separate ways but always seemed to come back around full circle. I'll always love you my sister and friend. You bought me joy. Rest in peace. Diane

Nina was a great friend that I met in North Carolina at the Attorney Generals Office. She and another friend and I would choose movies we wanted to see and we would m÷t and go together. We also had a book club with other friends for a while. Nina was easy to make laugh and her laughter was infectious...she also dearly love her pets so very much. She was so intelligent and loved writing and also loved her home in Garner. Nina and I were writing letters to each other because we thought it would be fun even though we lived close to each other. She had given me the sad news of her sickness, and I was worried when I no longer heard from her. I am so sad at her passing, and will always treasure our friendship.

Aunt Nina was funny, smart, talented, and beautiful. My favorite memories of her are from my childhood. Aunt Nina was always willing to play games, give me a mini-concert, dance, and talk with me for hours. Even as my heart aches at her loss, I rejoice in the gifts she brought this world: an infectious laugh, lovely music, stories that invoke the full range of human emotions, and most of all, her kindness. Aunt Nina will remain in my heart forever.

As a child I spent a lot of time with Aunt Nina at Grandma and Grandpa house she would play different games with me even her own made up games. Aunt Nina was always laughing and joking. We would spend hours on the phone just talking about anything. I LOVE YOU AUNT NINA
