Obituary For Margaret Baber Chesnick
Margaret Chesnick, 88 of Raleigh, NC, passed away on October 27, 2023. She was the daughter of the late George and Ida (Roguzus) Baber. Marge was born June 24, 1935 in Forest City, PA.
She was united in matrimony to John Chesnick on September 7, 1957 and he survives. This union was blessed with 3 children.
Marge was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Baber. Her life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Kathy (Jim) Deal of Garner, NC, Mark (Heather) Chesnick of Raleigh, and David (D'Anne) Chesnick of Falls Church, VA; and her two grandchildren, Jake and Chris Chesnick.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on November 16, 2023 at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church in Raleigh. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment in the church columbarium will follow directly after the service.

I am so very sorry to hear of Marge's passing. I worked with Marge at Coastal Federal Credit Union many, many years ago before I moved back to Maine. We always exchanged Christmas cards each year and I thought it was odd I did not receive one from her this year. I searched the Internet and read of her passing. Sending you my deepest condolences. I have such fond memories of Marge. She was always so kind to me. I will cherish these memories always

My aunt Margie was such a wonderful lady. I did not get a chance to say goodbye only in spirit. I can feel her in my heart. One day we all will be together for Eternity. XOXO up to heaven. Please tell Grandma, grandpa, and my dad that I said hello and miss them dearly....

It was always a special time for my Mom and Dad when Marge, Jack and family would return to Forest City for a visit. Our thoughts are with the Chesnick family at this time. Jim and Lynn Majdic.

Thoughts and prayers to the Chesnick family. We hold so many wonderful memories in our hearts. We met as neighbors and have continued our friendship for 40 years. Our loved one in heaven has been welcomed with open arms. Much love the Laurent family.
