Obituary For Lydia A. Ostrishko

Lydia A. Ostrishko, 61 of Cary, died May 24, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Betty L. Ostrishko and is survived by her father John D. Ostrishko; brother Michael J. Ostrishko, his wife Shari, and nieces Nicole and Kayla; brother Gary L. Ostrishko; and her boyfriend, Ken Maldonado. Lydia attended Cary High School and Campbell University. She retired from the State of North Carolina Library Division.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lydia's name to Transitions LifeCare of Raleigh.

    Lydia didnt know me but I knew of her through conversations with her loving partner Ken; he is a customer of the restaurant where I work. He spoke so tenderly of her, many times with tears in his eyes. He acted like a school-kid in love! She must have been quite a lady and will be surely missed by her family and friends!
