Lois Colleen Tuller, avid bridge player and loving grandmother, passed away Wednesday at the age of 86. Originally from Colorado, Lois retired from the Arvada Police Dept. in 1989. She moved to Raleigh in 2000 to be closer to her daughter and the grandchildren she loved so dearly. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Hofsheier (husband, Rick), grandson, Ryan Hofsheier, and granddaughter, Kimberly Ashworth; nieces: Sharon Pio (husband, Sandro) of Washington, DC, and Marsha Swaringen (husband, Jim) of Coppell, TX; great nephews: Alex Pio, and Mark and Matthew Swaringen; and great niece, Gemma Pio. Lois is predeceased by her husband, Bob R. Tuller, and twin brother, Lloyd Jolly. Interment will take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
