Larry Louis Densmore 74, of Raleigh, passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, September 20 after a lengthy illness. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and mentor to many. Larry was born on September 28, 1938 to Lawrence and Helen Densmore in Bremerton, Washington where he grew up until his senior year of high school. His parents moved to Pensacola, Florida, where he met and married his wife, Priscilla Solice Densmore of 52 years. Larry was a proud graduate of Florida State University and was an avid Seminole fan. After retirement, Larry consulted on several start-up medical companies. The last few years of his life were spent as ââ?¬Å?Popââ?¬Â? enjoying many wonderful family visits and celebrations. Condolences to the Densmore family. I was most fortunate to have had Larry as my Mentor in world of accounting. Larry promoted me three times while I worked with him reaching the ten goal of Plants Controller at Sherwood Medical Industries. With out Larrys life long love and support, and wise advice I never would have become Controller for a billion dollar company. I loved Larry with all of my heart and I will really miss him.

We were so lucky to have known Larry. Bill's favorite childhood memories usually involved the Densmore's. Larry was one of the great ones. I don't remember being around him where he didn't have a smile on his face. He will certainly be missed but we feel so blessed to have known him. Praying for peace for Pris, Kellie, Kevin, Paul, Shawn and all of the wonderful grandchildren he was so very proud of! Love to you all!

Pris & family, we are so sorry about Larry's passing. I know your heart is breaking as mine is breaking for you and the kids. Unfortunately it has been awhile since we have seen Larry and I know he suffered alot. Now no more suffering; he is in heaven with your loved ones looking down on you and the kids. I pray that you will have the strength to go on (as I know you do) until you are reunited. We love you.
