Obituary For Kim Anh Ngwenya
Kim Anh Ngwenya of Smithfield, North Carolina, passed away on July 15, 2021 peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam on February 12, 1967. Kim married Muzi Ngwenya of Johannesburg, South Africa, on October 28, 1993. They would have celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary this year.
Her passion was centered around food as she was extraordinarily gifted in the kitchen. She was able to cook and bake meals from various different cultures with tremendous ease.
She is survived by her spouse Muzi; her son, Changa of Raleigh, North Carolina; and daughter, Chrisha of Hillsborough, North Carolina.
Memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, July 23rd, 2021 at Renaissance Funeral Home 7615 Six Fords Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27615.
The family is extremely grateful for all the support of loved ones through this time.

Mama Kim was a wonderful light to have in my life. She always lit up whatever room she walked in and was always the life of the party. Words cannot describe how special this woman really was and she will be missed terribly by everyone shes ever met. Thank you for all the memories you gave me, i will cherish them forever. Mama Kim was such a sweet lady. She was so fun and such a light to be around. She thrived in the kitchen and I loved cooking with her and learning her recipes. She was an amazing mother and made everyone she met and cared about feel like family. I love you always!!

Ah! Kim where do I start. We've created so many memories with our families. I know that life as we know it will never be the same because we 'll have so many things to miss. I've been missing us for so long due to COVID and had hope that once it's all over we will all get together again. I thank God for allowing our paths to cross.
