Kathleen Elizabeth Reese, 65, of Youngsville, NC, passed away at home after an extended illness on April 10, 2022. Kathy was born in Wayne, MI on September 29, 1956, daughter of the late Monnis and Jacqueline Reese. She was a graduate of Wayne State University where she obtained a B.S. in Computer Science. Kathy spent most her professional career with Knovalent as a software designer / EDI specialist for over 25 years.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Ric Peed; son, Forrest Peed; and granddaughter, Chloe Peed of Raleigh, NC. Kathy is also survived by her siblings, Sharon Harvath; Susan Lee; Kevin Reese; and Kenneth Reese. Kathy was preceded in death by siblings, George Reese, Pamela Reese, Karen Reese, and Michael Reese.

Per Kathy’s wishes, she will be cremated. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life ceremony.
