Obituary For Judith Blondyne Brennan

Judith B. Brennan, 70, suffered a stroke and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 14, 2013. Born in Detroit, Michigan on May 16, 1942, she was the daughter of Anthony and Blondyne Jagacki. Judy is lovingly remembered by her husband, John; son, Daniel and wife, Theresa; daughter, Bridget Mussler and husband, Dennis; cherished grandchildren: Alexandra, Michael, Alexander, and Anna. She will also be missed by her sister, Louise Kitchens, and brother, Gerald Jagacki and wife, Marilyn; and her beloved cat, Otis. Judy was a compassionate and supportive person, always thinking of others. She was beautiful and caring; a very special person to her friends and family. Above all, however, her great passion was being a devoted mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held at Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd. in Raleigh at 7pm on Tuesday, February 19, 2013. A memorial mass will be held at 11am on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, also at the funeral home.

I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3,4...states "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death.

Learning from Diane about losing Judy is such sad news to me. The Jagacki Family are a class-act whom I enjoy knowing more-or-less since my first-grade, as Louise and I went on to graduate after eight years (June'53) from Holy Name Parish elementary-school in Detroit. While we did different high-schools, I worked at a super-market a few houses from their home. It seems that just as we began to notice her "little sister" Judy, John appeared on the scene; and as they say: the rest-is-history - especially as reflected in the warm array of photos on this web-site. Thus, you and your families are in my prayers, John, Louise, Jerry.

So sorry to read about Judy. We have such great memories from Wood Valley days. She was a great Mom and a devoted Grandmother. Our love to the family.
