In fond memory of Jim, my fellow 3rd grade math tutor and friend. Jim made a lot of struggling young folks' lives better by his faithful and carefully thought out tutoring. And his demeanor always made me (and the kids) smile. -- Jim Galloway

Our prayers and deepest sympathies are with you, Mary Ann. Jim was an outstanding instructor - his CPE's were a joy to take. He was very knowledgeable and always entertaining! With Jim there was never a "dumb" question. He was gracious and thorough in all his explanations. His legacy will live on and he will be missed terribly. Laura N. Ensley, Elizabeth H. Jim was one of the first people that I worked for when I started my career in public accounting with Groner, Boyle & Quillin. He was so patient and such a great teacher. He will be missed by the accounting industry. My prayers are with you.

Mary Ann - so sorry about Jim. He was just the neatest guy. Absolute wonderful teacher of CPE to CPAs. Great sense of humor. So glad I got to know you both when Jim rented office space from me. Regards Dan Riddle

The best of the best tax instructors! And a kind, caring, and thoughtful individual......

Jim had a kind and generous heart and soul. I was a student of his and he made it a joy to be in his class. He loved teaching and made learning fun. Always had fun stories to tell and raved about his beautiful wife. I enjoyed keeping up with his Facebook posts. This world lost a great spirited man. Heaven gained one. Mary, I'm so sorry for your loss.
