Jim had a business next to mine at Stonehenge Market in North Raleigh. He always had a smile and I remember his laugh well. Rest in peace, Big Jim.

The Hardi's were a second family to me when I lived in Raleigh, NC. Alli cat and I were in the same grade. I always felt like I was at home when I hung out at their house. James and Betsy treated me like a third kid. He was always trying to teach us things about life, make us laugh, and work smart to accomplish challenges. I always remember the Love they shared for each other, & their kids (including me)💗. I remember finding reasons to go over to their house more often because of all the happiness, peace, love, joy and warmth that surrounded their home. Thank you for being a present parent in my life Mr. Hardi. You were a father figure I never had and I'm forever grateful for the time you shared with me. I will always cherish it. Stephanie Dollar

James Hardi was a special man. He enjoyed his family and his special interests and always had a smile for you. He and Betsy helped my family with financial advice and taxes and I always felt as if I had been visiting a friend when I left their office. I am so happy he retired and had time to unhurriedly enjoy family and "life" for years. God bless you James and be with the extended Hardi family through this time! ❤️✡️✝️🇺🇲❤️
