Jack Bryan Osborne, 76, of Raleigh, NC, died on February 23, 2019 at 7:23a.m. at Rex Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

He was born in Oneida, NY on April 28, 1942, son of the late Francis J. and Helen B. Osborne. Jack attended school in Trumansburg, NY. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Buffalo, School of Pharmacy. Jack then served for six years in the Army reserve. After serving in the Army, he opened his own business in partnership with Sal Balone and practiced pharmacy for over 30 years in Buffalo, NY. He then sold his business to the Rite Aid corporation, and transferred to Syracuse, NY where he ultimately retired. Jack married Karen Comin and was blessed with two lovely children, Kristen and Jonathan. Jack was a huge Syracuse University sports fan, as well as the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, and he was devoted to his cat Jimmy.

He is survived by his two children, Kristen Osborne of Raleigh, NC and Jon Osborne (Ianthe Lambie) of Cary, NC, and Seanna, his beloved granddaughter. Jack is also survived by cousins and many friends.

A private service will be held at Renaissance Funeral Home in Raleigh, NC on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
