Graace Gutierrez-Kasbohm passed away peacefully in the arms of her parents on Tuesday, August 26, 2014.

She was born on August 20, 2014. During her six short days on Earth, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.

She is the beloved child of parents Elizabeth Kasbohm and Cesar Gutierrez Garcia.She is survived by brother Oliver, sister Madalyn, and twin sister Abigail Gutierrez-Kasbohm, grandparents Peter and Nancy Kasbohm and Altagracia Garcia Reyes as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral will take place at Saint Raphael Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, 11:00 am.
