It is because of Fred Wagner's passion for the NC 4-H Camping program, that I am who I am today. Prior to working at Millstone 4-H Camp while in college, I was an introverted and extremely shy individual. Now I proudly proclaim that I am a product of 4-H. Thank You, Fred, for your insight and passion to make the NC 4-H Camping Program what it is today!

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Wagoner's family and friends. I worked as a 4-H Camp counselor and in his offices for several years. Learned a lot about how to work and make a difference in the world from Fred. Many wonderful memories of working with Fred.
