Joanie, I will never forget the time we all shared on Valley Run Dr. In Raleigh. I always enjoyed talking to Frank so did Katie and Jim. We will always remember the kindness and friendliness he showed everyone. I am sorry you have lost him so early in life. We use to talk about growing up in Georgia and we were the same age. condolences to the family of Frank. Frank and I worked together for a number of years. We were together overseas, including some difficult places. He always had my back and I his. we talked most ever week since retirement and I will miss those calls. Frank was like a brother, love you friend. This old mountain guy will miss you dearly. Frank and I spent many hours in our telephone conversations discussing the past, the present and the unknown future ahead. The majority of those grand conversations were spent in the far distant days of the past which were loved so dearly by the two of us. Thoughts and memories held so dearly and for all times. I shall miss our conversations for now, but look forward to our many conversations ahead, Frank and I both shared a mutual belief and knew the best was yet to come our way. Fate whispered to the warrior "You cannot withstand the storm" and the warrior whispered back 'I am the storm"

I had the great pleasure to work with Frank during our careers as Special Agents with the U. S. Government; and even the greater pleasure to call Frank my friend. After franks retirement I did not see him in person much but we talked on the phone a lot. Frank was always witty, and as we thought alike on most everything (95% +) we would have lengthy robust conversations. We talked about gardening, pets (cats), old acquaintances, and of course politics. Frank and I would get each other so worked up that my wife would make me go outside to talk. Frank loved to talk and was never for loss of words. I will miss Frank a lot and do not think I will ever forget the sound of his voice (Muench, this is Weeks, call me boy, I have something I need to talk to you about). We miss you Frank and I look forward to talking to you sometime in the future. God bless you Frank, your friend forever, Bill Muench.

I didn't get to spend a lot time with your dad, Brian, but what times we were together were enjoyable. I remember us working together on the chicken coop, he and Joanie dressing up for your and Kathryn's pig pickin' at our home and playing music in our living room afterwards. We all miss him and am sorry you lost a dad, husband, and granddad. Jim
