I have watched Frankie grow into such a wonderful Son, Father, Uncle and great friend to so many. He always worked, and was gifted with his hand craft with Mirrors, and Glass. He always had such a great smile, so handsome and so honest. The Irish have a great saying, " If you were Lucky Enough to have known Frankie, Then you were Lucky Enough." I will always remember Frankie coming across the street for his trim on his beautiful long hair.....that is when he was a teenager and long hair was in style. Taken from us oh so young and so suddenly. Will be forever missed. Frankie is now a special Angel in Heaven and will be watching over us R I P. Helen DeZinna

Rosie and Frank Schmitt has done a wonderful job as parents. They raised 4 beautiful children, Cheryl, Frankie, Darlene and David. I have watched these 4 siblings grow into such wonderful adults. They all have done well with all their children, and business work. It has been wonderful to see them grow into such caring siblings, now adults. They have always been there for each other with all the ups and downs of life. And now with the loss of their beloved brother Frankie they are all together again. I know Frankie is a Angel in Heaven watching all of them together. God Bless all the Schmitt Family and grant them peace and comfort. In my thoughts and prayers. R I P Frankie Helen DeZinna

Frankie was a great guy...I have lots of memories of him from way back to Long Island when he worked for me at Cose Glass on Brentwood Road in Bayshore. I always enjoyed my time with him...he was a very happy spirited person and I am so sad for him and his family. I am just so blessed that just recently Frankie walked through the front door of our office for an impromptu visit while doing local business here in Wake Forest...I have talked to Frankie several times over the past years, but have not seen him in a really long time, so God blessed me with that visit...Thanks Frankie! I pray for peace in Frankie's family in knowing that he is watching over them all. Rest in peace my friend and may God's hand be in yours! Ed Wray

Dear Frank You left this world all too soon. We loved you then and love you now. We know your soul now reposes with our Lord forever. Before you left you lived a rich life. Thirty years ago you took a big step to move to Carolina in search of a good life. After several years of learning the Raleigh area and honing your craft you embarked on starting your own business and succeeded, and you were proud. All during that time you raised your son Cody, making him a kind, honest and sensitive person, and you were proud. You told your younger brother David that Raleigh was a good place to live, with plenty of good work and the nicest people he ever met. David and Dora followed your advice and indeed found everything you had said. He started his loving family and lives a very nice life, and you were proud. When Cody was old enough you brought him into the trade, you made him a capable young man, someone who could use this trade and to make a fine living, and you were proud. Not a wealthy man by monetary standards but one who knew the things that made him happy and so was indeed a wealthy man. You finally bought that Corvette, and you were proud. Now that you have this world we all look back at the life you lived and the legacy you left, and we are proud. Rest In Peace.
