Liz and my mom back in the real estate days together in Bradford, would co ordinate when they were listing a house and showing that same house before the ink on the listing was dry. It went like this, sign here and we will sell your house. Thank you, DING DONG, oh it's a buyer ! How bout that. Before the other agents even knew the home was listed, it was sold. Time for Liz in this world ran out WAY too soon. And we in her family find it hard to describe the loss. Watch over us,,,, Steve

Liz mentioned the Mustang, but not the mischief. hmm... Said she loved that car. She said she would show me pictures of the Mustang "someday". But we never got around to that, like other things we talked about. She also talked sometimes about the family home up there in Pennsylvania and her father's business. She liked arts, crafts, cooking, etc... and all that made her a fun and interesting person.

I am so sorry for your loss. Liz and and were good friends in high school and had many adventures together! I remember her dark green mustang and some of the mischief we got into! We lost track of each other for many years but I was so happy to reconnect with her through Facebook awhile ago. She was a fun loving, terrific gal. She will be missed.

Camping at Falls Lake with Lisa, Cayden, Mike and Liz was always special. My grandchildren adored Ms. Liz. Easter weekend was always a wonderful time for the kids, the annual easter egg hunt and a big fire that evening. Wonderful memories.

I knew Liz for only a few years, and soon came to realize that I would want to stay friends with her. Her suffering and her untimely passing simply leave me stunned and in disbelief. I thought she would win her battle. I must think of the words of the James Taylor song: "I always thought i'd see you one more time again". Her gentleness, kindness, radiance, and love for life made her a joy to spend time with, but now I have an empty feeling, like so many others. She wasn't one to sit around. God, I am going to miss her! Jerry

Liz was a neighbor and a friend for many many years. I never saw Liz without a smile on her face. Always upbeat, happy and positive. I know she loved her work, as Liz helped us buy and sell a home. I will miss her dearly, but know she is at peace with God, looking down on us with that great smile.

Lisa and Cayden, My sincere sympathy to you both. I met Liz through my brother, Jimmy May and McCall's in Clayton. I know how much Jimmy valued her friendship and that of your family. I am not sure that I would have her strength if I were faced with similar circumstances. She was a courageous woman to endure those long months of surgeries and treatment.
