Obituary For Elizabeth Ann Bernocco

Elizabeth Ann Bernocco, 66 of Raleigh, NC, lost her battle with ALS on Friday, February 6, 2015. Elizabeth, was formerly of Wall New Jersey, where she lived for 43 years before moving to Raleigh NC.

She was predeceased by her parents, Colonel Napoleon Bonaparte Pannell, and Mary Lois Pannell, and Brother, Gary Pannell.

Beth was born at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and grew up all over the world as an army child. She was a graduate of Point Park College. Beth was a school teacher, homemaker, and librarian. She loved to walk on the boardwalk in NJ or the Greenway in NC. She was an active member of the Bedford Over 55 and Exercise Club. Beth’s favorite pastime was to travel with her family to Disney World. Her passion was her family, especially her four grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Edward Bernocco, of Wall New Jersey. Two daughters, Julie Elizabeth Dillard and Lori Marie Schlachter, and husband, Steve. Her four granddaughters, the light of her life, Madilyn Elizabeth Dillard, Sophia Grace Schlachter, Aubrey Lynn Schlachter, and Annabelle Kay Schlachter, all of Raleigh North Carolina

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00PM at Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd Raleigh NC 27615. The funeral will be at a later date at Johnson - McGinley Funeral Home, in Wall, New Jersey.
