Dorothy V. McCreary of Raleigh passed away on April 4th at the age of 91. She attended Juilliard School of Music and was a professional singer. She was retired from IBM. She is survived by two daughters, Susan Seaman and Lucy McCreary of Raleigh, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband John H. McCreary. The funeral will take place at Renaissance Funeral Home in Raleigh April 8th at 10:30 AM. The family will receive friends half an hour prior to the service. Donations may be made to the Alzheimerâ??s Association in lieu of flowers.
