Jennifer, I can not get you and your family off my mind. Once again I pray that you carry your mother with you the rest of your life and spread her joy that I only heard about through you and your wonderful stories of growing up with her! I know word cannot meet the loss, I do hope you know you will be with her again someday but in a better place. When I lost my dad no word, no hugs, no nothing could ease my pain. But now 6 years later I have grown to let the fond memories of my father and our times together bring happiness when I let them flow through my soul. Carry on Jennifer that is the only way your mother and father would want it! UNCW OLD FREIND 🙂

My Mother loved to sing. We always had music playing throughout our house. Abba, Neil Diamond, and Simon and Garfunkel were some of her all times favorites. The night she passed away we were playing all her songs for her quietly on the laptop. I know it gave her comfort to hear. At her visitation we had a slide show with her favorite music. It was a beautiful tribute to a life well lived. I miss you Mom.

Hi my name is Kayla and I am a local bible teacher. I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. There is a very comforting scripture at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can all look forward to a time when death will be no more. I hope that this scripture can bring some true comfort during these difficult times.
