Obituary For David Daniel "Dann" Doyle

I, David D. Doyle-generally known as Dann-passed away on April 4th, 2017 after a six year visit with cancer.

I was born in Utica, NY on 12-11-1944 to my wonderful and loving parents James F. Doyle and Margo G. Doyle.

After graduating from Notre Dame High School in 1962 I entered the U.S. Air Force. Upon my discharge from the Air Force in 1966 I went into the insurance business representing several companies throughout my 47 year career.

Surviving is my loving, tolerant and patient wife of 49 years Margaret Timberlake Doyle-generally known as Timi, three terrific daughters; Margaret D. Sinnema and husband Joe of Bullock NC, Mary G. Doyle and Will Powers of Park City, Utah and Molly D. Swenson and husband Mike of Park City, Utah, and two very very special grandchildren, Sydney Sinnema and Henry Sinnema both of Bullock NC, brothers James F. Doyle Jr. of Freeport, ME and Paul G. Doyle of Los Fresnos, TX.

I am going to have a send-off on Friday, April 7th at 1:00pm at the Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh, NC 27609 prior to which my family will receive friends and family from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.

    I was very sad to see the paper today and the passing of Dann. He was so very instrumental in my early career in financial services, sharing his wealth of knowledge and business acumen.
