Hey dean, I just want you to know that I am praying for not only peace, but a sense of comfort through your loss. In a way I have experienced the same thing with my father. It hurts, and I know that it is so hard to understand why. But I just want you to know I pray that you will understand the Lord is with you wherever you go, he is with you in your state of joy, and your state of mourning. It is so cool to see how the Lord can turn hard times and death into a blessing to draw His children back to Him and draw them closer to Him. You and your family are in my prayers Dean. -Ethan

Dear Willms family, I am so sorry for lost. I'm sure that that is something you have heard a lot these last couple of days and I'm sure you will hear it for a long to come. I pray that you will have a calmness of heart, mind and spirit during this time and that you are able to see the goodness in this dark time. I would like to attach a scripture verse that has brought me solace during family losses. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet[a] no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toilthis is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it You are in my prayers. -Marianna Mata

While I did not know Charles Fredrick directly, I am not surprised by his intelligence and commitment to honor community and service both professionally and militarily. His grandson, Dean, has been blessed by this lineage. His legacy lives on... Do know that I will be praying, Roger, for you in the loss of your father along with my forever one, Dean, and the loss of his Grandfather. May both the sweetness and the challenges of the relationship inspire you and the rest of the family closer to His image. Rest in peace, Mr. Willms. Your journey is complete. With great love, T./Mrs. Currier
