Brock will always be in my heart and soul and I miss him to the moon and back. Brock impacted my life in a beautiful and comforting way knowing my sister Colleen was cherished by an amazing man. To know him was to love and admire and respect his caring and generous way. I pray Heaven is as glorious as he deserves. Thank you Brock for all you did for me. The laughter, the songs, the games, and me standing on something to be tall enough to give you a true bear hug. I especially adore your two incredible sons, Matthew and Erik. Proud to watch them both aspire to your leadership and parenting. Your lil sister, Debe

Roger and I are honored to have been friends with the Nelsons for over 35 years. In that time, we became like family to each other. Our hearts and love go out to all of you during this saddest of times. We will miss you, Big Guy Cher and Roger

Colleen, I have such fond memories of cousin Brock and you from when I lived in California, first from when I lived with Aunt Gen and Brock and then later when Kate and I got our own place. I am so glad I got to meet you during that time. I lost my husband several years ago also and am so glad when I see a piece of him in my grandchildren. May your children and grandchildren be a comfort for you in this time of sorrow. Ruth Ann Flynn aka Annie Burgad.

Colleen, we've never met but I feel I know you. Brock mentioned you often. I'm a Publix coworker his. I'll miss the way he always called me 'kid'. He could always sneak up on a person! Even though he was so tall he was as quiet as a mouse! He will truly be missed. When I think of classy I'll always think of Brock. Marcy-Jo Smith

Colleen...words can't begin to convey our sorrow for Brock's passing. You and he were there when I had to say good bye to one equally as close to me and for that I will always be grateful. Please know that you and your family are in my heart. Warmest thoughts....Bruce Chafin
