Obituary For Brian Michael Rebar
Brian Michael Rebar of Raleigh, NC passed away on December 28, 2013 at the age of 40.
Brian enjoyed the simple things in life, like listening to some good tunes, dancing with the kids camping, shooting guns, oyster roasts, and porch beers with his family and friends . He loved to laugh. No matter how long his infamous To-Do List was he always made time to help his friends and family. Anytime his friends needed a helping hand or advice they knew they could just call “Rebar”. Brian was a husband, a father, a friend, the Operations Manager for Solutions IES, and Managed our Rental Properties in his “spare time”. Brian believed strongly that it was important to not just help, but to teach and pass his wisdom on to us all so we can make it when he is gone.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Renee (Shahan) Rebar; his children: Cassidy Ann Rebar, Brandon Allen Rebar, Annabelle Sue Rebar; his mother, Diane Yvonne Rebar; his father, Kenneth Joseph Rebar; and his sister, Kimberly Ann (Rebar) Hoarle.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 from 2-5 pm with a service at 5 pm at Renaissance Funeral Home, 7615 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC.
Donations can be made to the Rebar kid’s college fund. Checks should be made payable to Edward Jones with “Rebar” in the memo and can be mailed to: Edward Jones 4043 N. Damen Chicago, IL 60618
