Antonia Maria Paull, 86, of Worth, IL went peacefully to be with our Lord on Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born in Ostrov, Czechoslovakia on February 4, 1935, daughter of the late Rudolf and Jozefina Glasnak.

Toni was a graduate of Providence High School in Chicago and a homemaker. She was a devoted wife, mother, and caregiver to her youngest daughter, Kelly Ann.

Toni met her one and only love, Eddie at Dipsy Doodle Ice Cream Parlor in 1954. They were married on January 9, 1965, raised three children, and were married 49 years until Eddie’s passing in 2014.

Toni was a huge sports fan cheering on her kids when they were young and her favorite teams the Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears and Raiders.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Rudy Jr of Ostrov Czechoslovakia and Emil of Chicago, IL; her husband, Eddie of Worth, IL; and, granddaughter Reagan Karol Bardes of Wake Forest, NC.

She is survived by her daughter DJ (Don) Bardes and their children, Alfonso, Brooklyn, and Charley Ann of Wake Forest, NC; her son, Michael (Jessica) Paull; and daughter, Kelly Ann Paull of Wake Forest, NC.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at St Catherine of Sienna in Wake Forest, NC followed by interment at Abraham Lincoln VA cemetery in IL this summer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Toni to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
