Anne Elizabeth Bucher passed away peacefully at the age of 86 surrounded by her family on Monday March 23 in Raleigh. She is survived by her son Martin Joseph Bucher and her daughter Elizabeth Anne DiVittorio, her three grandchildren Madeleine, Matthew, and Michael DiVitorrio, her daughter-in-law Jane Lamensdorf-Bucher and her son-in-law Thomas DiVittorio. She was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Bucher. Anne was born and raised in Pittsburgh and raised her children and worked as a nurse in New Jersey. She was a loving and gracious woman to all who knew her. Services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, March 26, at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, 4523 Six Forks Road.
