Ann Vaughan Godwin, 83, of Raleigh, passed away on Sunday, at Raleigh Rehabilitation and Healthcare. She was retired from the Dairy Records Division of the NC Department of Agriculture. A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 11am at the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery at 6767 Hillsborough Street. Surviving is husband, J.O. Godwin, Jr., of Raleigh; son, Bruce C. Vaughan, and wife, Peggy, of Raleigh; granddaughter, Cheryl V. Floyd, and husband, Dustin, of Springfield, MO; granddaughter, Kimberly Jo Vaughan, of Indianapolis, IN; great grandsons: Lance Floyd and Trevor Floyd, of Springfield, MO; and great granddaughter, Megan Vaughan, of Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Henry J. Midgette and Vara C. Midgette.
