Obituary For Ana Carolina Flores
Ana Carolina Flores, residing in Durham, NC, age 51, died peacefully on June 7, 2022 in Hospice Care at the SECU Jim and Betsy Bryan Hospice Home after a courageous battle with metastatic triple negative breast cancer.
Born in El Salvador on May 15, 1971, she came to the United States in 1989 for a chance at living the American Dream. Everyone who knew Ana loved her sweet personality and optimistic outlook on life, even while fighting her disease. Her small frame could not contain the big personality that she shared with her loved ones.
She is survived by her two sons, Will (Stephanie) Flores and Ben (Kasey) Flores, and her husband, Benny Flores.
Visitation and viewing will be at Renaissance Funeral Home in Raleigh, NC on June 10, 6-8 pm. A graveside service will be at Raleigh Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC on June 13 at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to CCSP Patient Financial Fund at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
