Obituary For Adamis Rivera

Adamis Rivera, age 86, Raleigh, NC, passed away on August 27, 2020 peacefully in his sleep.

He was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on July 11, 1934 to Herminia Martinez and Anibal Rivera. He moved to Miami, Fl where he met his wife of 60 years, Maria Iris Rivera.

Adamis was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Rivera. He is survived by daughter, Maria Morgan (Russell Morgan), son Adamis Rivera Jr. (Sylvia Rivera); grandsons, Rafael Mendez Jr. (Andrea Mendez), Miguel Mendez (Jade Mendez), Chayanne Morgan, Adamis D. Rivera, Aiden Z. Rivera; and great grandchildren, Isaiah Mendez, Isabella Mendez, Ezekiel Mendez, Finnley Mendez, and Loxley Mendez.

Papi’s great sense of humor will be missed but never forgotten. He instilled a strong work ethic in his children and always ensured they all knew how much he loved them.

Services will be scheduled later in Orlando, Fl. Followed by the spreading of his ashes.
