  I remember when he let me (when I was like 10 or 11) beat him at basketball at Aunt Janes house and swore up and down that he didn't let me win lol. Just goes to show you how selfless he was! I wish I could have seen you one last time, Aaron. I love you!

  I am so incredibly sorry to hear the news about Aaron. We met in high school and chatted through Facebook occasionally through the years but no matter what his amazing spirit always shined through. We often traveled to the same areas of the country for work in passing .."Oh you are in Denver...I was just there. It is beautiful!" and also how much we missed our families while we were gone from home. He was so happy to be off home and not traveling so much and able to be with his family.   I personally owe so much to my friend Aaron. He went up to bat several times to get us the Jobs we have today. By us I mean everyone at BWS ... of it wasnt for him none of us would be living such an abundant life. So grateful and thankful for the opportunity he gave us. He truly was a kind and giving man.   I am so sorry for your loss. I met Aaron a year or two ago when we working on Floor & Decors. Immediately after meeting, we became friends, and I enjoyed seeing him walking into every store for the begining of the job. His great spirit will be missed.

  My condolences to the Miller family. While I didn't know Aaron personally, I lost my mother last year unexpectedly, so I know how much a loss like that can affect a family, especially the children or grandchildren of the one who passed. Hopefully the words at Job 14:14, 15 will give some comfort to Aaron family's & friends, since the Bible promises that in the near future we'll be able to see our dead loved ones again here on Earth.

  I have had so many memories of Aaron come flooding back to me over the past few days, some made me smile, some made me laugh out loud, but all of them reminded me of what a great friend he was. Although we hadn't seen each other in many years, when we reconnected it was as if no time had passed at all. I will forever be grateful and honored to be counted as one of his friends.

To be deeply loved if not widely, truly loved by one of the people who knows you best. And wow that's as good as it gets" I know he wasn't my father but he had a father figure stand in my life. I love him so much.

  I haven't seen Aaron in many, many years. But I grew up with him. He was the first person to talk to me when we moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina when I was 11 years old. I was wandering around outside looking for a kid, ANYONE really. And he wandered out as well. He was kind and he became one my best friends until we moved away then distance got in the way. But my mom remained in contact with Jane and Russ and so I always felt like I knew how he was doing and that one day we'd hang out again. While most of my memories of Aaron are of him as a young teenager, some things never seem to change. To me, he was warm, sweet, often hilarious, and cared deeply for those around him. As a kid, he was always there for me. He was one of my best friends during some of the more formative years of my life. I won't ever forget him.

  I was honored to meet with Aaron's family last night at his memorial, after so many years apart. I was in the same grade with Jason from 6th grade on, so through our friendship I met "the younger brother" and the rest of the family as well, and Aaron and I grew to be great friends as well. When I heard this terrible news, I thought of a friend I hadn't seen in over ten years. Through social media, I had the good fortune of reconnecting with Aaron about 3 years ago. We spoke frequently, and he was as warm as I always remembered him, he gave me advice more than once on home repair, and he asked my opinions on all matters from buying a grill to cooking techniques. We shared a common interest in music and politics. I enjoyed our back and forth. He will always hold a special place in my heart. He was a good man. He always seemed glad to see me and made me feel that I was important to him. May God Bless his soul, and welcome him. I pray that the Miller family has an incredible new guardian angel. Fun stuff Aaron ! You and I coasted through High school knowing that we had " the talent " that all musicians would understand.
